Pipeline Beach Hut 632 is perfectly positioned on one of Dorset's most beautiful and unspoilt stretches of coastline, between Boscombe and Southbourne beach. Everything you need for a fantastic beach day is included — free teas, coffees and milks, full cooking facilities with plates, cups and cutlery. No key collection needed — simply arrive and open up with the combination padlock code provided on booking.

Pricing

All prices include full use of the hut, free teas and coffees, and cooking facilities. A refundable £50 damage deposit is required at booking. Prices are the same every day of the week including bank holidays.

House rules

☀️Available 9am–7pm only. Not for overnight accommodation.
👥Maximum 6 people at any one time, including children.
🚭No smoking or vaping inside or immediately outside the hut.
🔇Music and noise to be kept at a considerate level at all times.
🐾Well-behaved dogs welcome — please observe seasonal beach restrictions.
🔥No BBQs in or directly beside the hut.
🔐Please secure the combination padlock when leaving the hut unattended.
☕Free teas, coffees and milks are provided — please use responsibly.
🍽️Plates, cups and cutlery must be washed up and left clean and tidy.
🗑️Remove all rubbish and personal belongings before you leave.
💎Do not store valuables in the hut — the owner accepts no liability for loss.

🚶 How to find us on foot

Park on Boscombe Overcliff Drive

Make your way to the Manor Steps Zig Zag slope and walk down to the beach

At the bottom of the slope, turn left

Walk approximately 200 metres — Beach Hut 632 will be on your left

Use the combination padlock code provided in your booking confirmation to access the hut

Terms & conditions

The beach hut may only be used between 9am and 7pm and is not for overnight accommodation.
A maximum of six people may occupy the hut and adjacent area at any time.
The hut is for leisure purposes associated with the adjoining beach and sea only.
The hirer is responsible for the good behaviour of all persons in the hut and ensuring compliance with these terms.
Users must not cause nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbouring huts or the public. Music must be kept at a low level.
Anti-social behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no right to a refund.
All occupants must be considerate of neighbouring beach hut users regarding outside space.
Smoking is prohibited inside the hut.
A portable gas cooking device is provided, subject to the following:
- A fire blanket and extinguisher are provided and must remain in the hut at all times.
- Gas must be switched off at the cylinder when not in use.
- BBQs are not permitted in or beside the hut.
Dogs are permitted. Please observe seasonal beach restrictions regarding dogs.
Complimentary teas, coffees and milks are for hirers' use during the booking period only.
All crockery and cutlery must be washed and left clean and tidy.
Valuables must not be stored in the hut. The owner accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to hirers' property.
The hirer is liable for any damage to the hut or its contents during the hire period.
All litter and belongings must be removed before leaving. A cleaning fee may be charged if the hut is left in an unreasonable condition.
The owner will not accept liability for personal injury except where caused by their own negligence.
The owner or their representatives may enter the hut at any time to carry out inspections.
Bank holidays are charged at the weekend day rate.

⚠️ Any breach of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
